MANUFACTURING BRIDGE™
ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Applies to: Website — Platform — All Membership Tiers — Trust Seal Participants — Authorized Users — Any Feature Expressly Made Available
Effective Date: July 24, 2026 Version 2.4 Last Updated: July 24, 2026
| IMPORTANT: This Policy protects the integrity, security, lawful use, professional purpose, directory data, and Trust Seal programme of Manufacturing Bridge. It does not restrict lawful direct dealings between users. |
1. PURPOSE, SCOPE, AND CONTRACTUAL STATUS
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) establishes the conduct permitted and prohibited when accessing or using the Manufacturing Bridge website, Platform, accounts, memberships, profiles, directory and search functionality, Self-Declared profiles, and any other feature that MB Platform Services LLC d/b/a Manufacturing Bridge (“Manufacturing Bridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) expressly makes available. Not currently available — planned for Q4 2026, subject to programme readiness. References to an MB Reviewed application, session, Status Decision, badge, or programme control apply only after the programme is expressly opened. The Platform does not currently provide request-for-quotation, tendering, bidding, order-routing, internal messaging, transaction-management, escrow, or source-document-upload functionality. A reference to an API, data feed, beta feature, or other future capability applies only after that capability is expressly activated under applicable terms.
This Policy supplements our Terms and Conditions and any service-specific terms or written agreement that expressly incorporates it. Registered users, members, and Trust Seal participants accept this Policy through the applicable registration, membership, checkout, or service-acceptance process. If a specifically negotiated written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Manufacturing Bridge conflicts with this Policy, the more specific signed agreement controls for the subject matter of that conflict.
Manufacturing Bridge is a professional B2B industrial platform. The Website and Platform may be used only for legitimate, lawful, and professionally appropriate industrial, manufacturing, supply-chain, infrastructure, compliance, risk, professional-services, talent, technology, and related business purposes.
2. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE
This Policy applies to visitors, registered users, free and paid members, buyers, suppliers, service providers, Trust Seal participants, authorized account users, and any person using a feature expressly made available by Manufacturing Bridge.
Each registered organization is responsible for ensuring that its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, and other authorized users comply with this Policy when they access or use the Website or Platform through the organization’s account, credentials, invitation, or authority. The organization is responsible for activity conducted through its account, except to the extent directly caused by a security failure attributable to Manufacturing Bridge.
You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access, credential compromise, impersonation, or misuse of your account. Accounts, credentials, access rights, and membership benefits may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, shared outside the authorized organization, or used to provide access to an unauthorized third party.
3. GENERAL STANDARD OF CONDUCT
You must act honestly, lawfully, professionally, and in good faith. You may not use the Website or Platform in a manner that is deceptive, abusive, unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, inconsistent with legitimate B2B commerce, or reasonably likely to harm users, third parties, Manufacturing Bridge, the Trust Seal program, or the integrity and reputation of the Platform.
Nothing in this Policy prohibits lawful and truthful reviews, criticism, complaints, reports to regulators or law-enforcement authorities, participation in legal proceedings, or other legally protected communications. This Policy does prohibit knowingly false statements, fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful disclosure of confidential information, misuse of intellectual property, and other conduct described below.
4. ACCURACY, IDENTITY, AND PLATFORM INTEGRITY
You may not:
- Submit, publish, maintain, display, or communicate false, misleading, materially incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information in an account, company profile, Self-Declared profile, commercial communication, interest-list submission, future MB Reviewed application or session after programme launch, or other interaction with Manufacturing Bridge;
- Claim certifications, registrations, licenses, capabilities, capacities, customers, facilities, locations, ownership, qualifications, financial condition, legal status, compliance status, products, services, experience, or performance that you do not validly hold or cannot reasonably substantiate;
- Display or present forged, fabricated, materially altered, expired, misleading, unauthorized, or unlawfully obtained certificates, licenses, reports, assessment evidence, test results, references, ownership records, financial information, or other materials, whether through a profile or, after future programme launch, during an MB Reviewed session;
- Impersonate another person or organization; create a false identity; conceal or misrepresent your authority, location, ownership, beneficial ownership, affiliation, or relationship with another person; or use another party’s identity or credentials without permission;
- Create duplicate, coordinated, or misleading accounts or profiles for the same legal entity, facility, business unit, or person unless Manufacturing Bridge has authorized the arrangement for a legitimate organizational purpose;
- Manipulate search results, rankings, profile completeness, relevance signals, membership status, Trust Seal designation, profile views, or other Platform indicators through false activity, keyword stuffing, coordinated conduct, automated interactions, duplicate accounts, or other deceptive means;
- Falsely state or imply that Manufacturing Bridge represents, sponsors, recommends, certifies, accredits, approves, guarantees, or is commercially affiliated with you, your products, your services, or your organization.
You must keep material account and profile information reasonably current. If and when MB Reviewed is opened and a designation is granted, the participant must promptly notify Manufacturing Bridge after becoming aware of a material change that could affect the accuracy, scope, or continued appropriateness of the designation, within any period stated in the applicable Trust Seal Agreement, programme rule, or written notice. Manufacturing Bridge may require more immediate notice when reasonably necessary to protect users, legal compliance, or programme integrity.
5. LAWFUL AND ETHICAL COMMERCIAL CONDUCT
You may not use the Website or Platform to facilitate, promote, conceal, solicit, arrange, or participate in:
- Fraud, bribery, corruption, kickbacks, money laundering, unlawful tax evasion, bid rigging, collusion, deceptive procurement practices, false invoicing, or other unlawful or dishonest commercial activity;
- Trafficking, forced labor, unlawful child labor, exploitation, unlawful discrimination, harassment, threats, extortion, or retaliation;
- The sale, sourcing, manufacture, distribution, export, import, financing, or promotion of counterfeit, stolen, infringing, unlawful, or legally prohibited goods or services;
- Any transaction, end use, end user, destination, or activity that would cause Manufacturing Bridge or another person to violate applicable sanctions, export controls, import restrictions, anti-boycott requirements, trade embargoes, customs rules, or other trade-control laws;
- Any deceptive claim that a commercial opportunity, buyer inquiry, introduction, funding source, supplier relationship, or proposed transaction is authorized, funded, approved, guaranteed, or associated with Manufacturing Bridge when it is not.
You agree to provide reasonably requested identity, ownership, end-user, end-use, destination, transaction, and supporting information for legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, security, and risk-management purposes. Manufacturing Bridge may conduct risk-based screening, request additional information, decline or hold activation, restrict access, or suspend an account while reviewing a potential concern. A potential screening hit is not necessarily a final determination.
6. CONTENT, CONFIDENTIALITY, PRIVACY, AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION
You may submit or publish information only through a Platform feature expressly intended to receive that information and only when you have all rights, permissions, consents, and lawful authority required to do so. Not currently available — planned for Q4 2026, subject to programme readiness. Before express launch, no source documents, evidence, application materials, payment, scheduling, or review-session content may be submitted for MB Reviewed. If the programme is opened, source evidence will be displayed live during a remote session and must not be uploaded to, emailed to, messaged to, recorded by, or otherwise transmitted for retention by Manufacturing Bridge.
You may not:
- Publish, transmit, disclose, or display another party’s confidential, proprietary, restricted, export-controlled, classified, trade-secret, or personal information without authorization;
- Submit through a profile, contact form, interest-list form, or other enabled feature—or, after future programme launch, display during an MB Reviewed session—passwords, authentication secrets, payment-card information, government-issued identification documents, medical or health information, employee records, biometric data, precise geolocation data, criminal-history information, export-controlled technical data, or other highly sensitive information unless Manufacturing Bridge expressly requests the specific information through an authorized and appropriately protected process;
- Collect, use, disclose, sell, share, or retain personal information obtained through the Platform in violation of applicable privacy, marketing, communications, employment, credit, or data-protection laws;
- Use Platform information to make employment, housing, consumer credit, insurance, healthcare, or other eligibility decisions about an individual, or to create or furnish a consumer report, unless expressly authorized in writing and legally permitted;
- Publish another user’s non-public contact information, communications, review materials, or confidential business information without authorization;
- Attempt to identify, re-identify, profile, track, or surveil individuals for purposes unrelated to legitimate industrial B2B activity.
You are responsible for reviewing, limiting, and redacting information before publication or any future live display. Manufacturing Bridge may refuse publication, disregard information outside an enabled feature, or remove profile content that appears unnecessary, excessively sensitive, unlawfully disclosed, unsafe, or outside the intended purpose. If MB Reviewed is later opened, Manufacturing Bridge may stop a session or disregard out-of-scope information and will not retain source documents displayed during the session.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, PLATFORM DATA, AND BRAND USE
You may not:
- Upload, publish, distribute, or use content that infringes, misappropriates, or violates any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, publicity, privacy, database, contractual, or other proprietary right;
- Use the Manufacturing Bridge name, logos, trademarks, trade dress, Trust Seal badges, templates, methodologies, or other brand assets except as expressly authorized in writing;
- Copy, download, extract, compile, aggregate, reproduce, republish, distribute, license, sell, disclose, commercialize, or use Platform content, profiles, search results, rankings, contact information, or Trust Seal information to create a competing directory, database, lead list, benchmark, intelligence product, or service. This restriction does not prohibit a user from viewing a profile, recording a reasonable amount of published contact information, or contacting a specific participant directly for a legitimate industrial business purpose;
- Remove, obscure, alter, or bypass copyright, trademark, confidentiality, access-control, attribution, provenance, watermark, or proprietary-rights notices;
- Display a third-party certification mark, quality mark, customer logo, membership mark, or other protected designation unless you currently hold valid authorization and your use complies with the owner’s rules.
Manufacturing Bridge may remove or disable access to material alleged to infringe intellectual-property rights and may restrict or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Intellectual-property complaints must be submitted through the procedure identified on our Website or to legal@manufacturingbridge.com with sufficient information to evaluate the claim. Any statutory safe-harbor protection depends on satisfaction of applicable legal requirements and is not created by this Policy alone.
8. TECHNICAL, SECURITY, AND AUTOMATED ACCESS RULES
You may not:
- Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, Platform, accounts, systems, networks, source code, administrative tools, databases, documents, communications, or data;
- Probe, scan, test, exploit, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover vulnerabilities, source code, algorithms, models, security controls, or non-public functionality, except for limited good-faith security research conducted strictly within an officially published vulnerability-disclosure process or prior written authorization;
- Introduce, transmit, store, or activate malware, ransomware, spyware, malicious code, harmful instructions, corrupted files, or mechanisms designed to disrupt, damage, monitor, or gain unauthorized access;
- Interfere with availability, integrity, security, authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, rate limits, search limits, paywalls, membership restrictions, or other technical protections;
- Use scrapers, crawlers, bots, scripts, browser automation, autonomous agents, artificial-intelligence systems, or other automated means to access, submit, retrieve, alter, monitor, or interact with the Website or Platform without prior written authorization;
- Perform excessive, abusive, high-volume, or coordinated requests that degrade performance, impose unreasonable load, consume disproportionate resources, or interfere with another user’s access;
- Share, resell, lease, transfer, or make available API keys, access tokens, accounts, credentials, data feeds, exports, or other restricted technical access.
If you discover a potential vulnerability, report it promptly and privately to infrastructure@manufacturingbridge.com, stop testing after obtaining the minimum information reasonably necessary to describe the issue, avoid accessing unrelated information, avoid disruption or public disclosure, and do not retain or share data obtained through testing. Manufacturing Bridge will not initiate legal action solely for good-faith research that complies with this paragraph and any published vulnerability-disclosure instructions; this protection does not apply to extortion, privacy violations, data exfiltration, service disruption, social engineering, unlawful access, or conduct outside the authorized scope.
9. COMMUNICATIONS AND USER INTERACTIONS
You may not:
- Use Platform contact information for spam, mass or automated solicitation, phishing, credential harvesting, deceptive outreach, unlawful telemarketing, repeated communications after an opt-out or clear objection, or commercial messages that violate applicable law. Relevant, truthful, one-to-one outreach to a published business contact for a legitimate industrial purpose is permitted, provided the sender identifies itself accurately and respects applicable opt-out requests and reasonable communication preferences;
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, discriminate against, defame, abuse, or retaliate against another user, reporter, evaluator, reviewer, employee, contractor, or third party;
- Initiate communications unrelated to a legitimate industrial, sourcing, procurement, commercial, professional, or Platform purpose, or continue repeated unwanted outreach after the recipient has clearly requested that it stop;
- Use deceptive subject lines, false sender information, hidden identities, misleading claims of urgency, or false representations of buyer authority, supplier capability, or commercial intent;
- Publish or transmit content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, threatening, exploitative, defamatory, intentionally deceptive, or reasonably likely to expose another person to harm.
The Platform does not provide internal messaging, RFQ, tendering, bidding, order-routing, or transaction-management functionality. Where a profile displays contact information, users communicate directly and independently outside the Platform. Manufacturing Bridge imposes no non-circumvention, exclusivity, commission, success-fee, brokerage-fee, or introduction-fee obligation on direct dealings between users and is not a party to their communications, negotiations, due diligence, contracts, payments, products, services, or commercial decisions.
10. TRUST SEAL STATUS AND BADGE RULES
The Trust Seal architecture comprises Self-Declared and the planned MB Reviewed designation. Self-Declared is the current default. Not currently available — planned for Q4 2026, subject to programme readiness. Before express programme launch, no participant is authorized to claim, display, apply for, purchase, schedule, or use MB Reviewed or an MB Reviewed badge. Registered, Basic, Gold, Diamond, active, suspended, or lapsed are account or membership statuses, not Trust Seal designations, and must not be represented as a level of review, assurance, certification, or approval. Membership and Trust Seal information must remain separate.
| Designation | Basis | Permitted Display and Key Restriction |
|---|---|---|
| Self-Declared | The default designation for every participant profile. Information displayed has been supplied by the participant. Manufacturing Bridge has performed no review of it and confirms nothing about it. | Platform profile only, unless Manufacturing Bridge gives express written permission. It must not be described as reviewed, verified, certified, accredited, approved, endorsed, or guaranteed. |
| MB Reviewed | Not currently available — planned for Q4 2026, subject to programme readiness. If expressly opened, MB Reviewed will be a defined-scope, point-in-time review carried out through a live remote session. The participant will display materials; Manufacturing Bridge will not receive, upload, download, photograph, record, transcribe, store, or retain participant source documents. If granted, the designation will remain active for twelve (12) consecutive months from the Effective Date stated in the Status Decision, unless earlier suspended, revoked, withdrawn, corrected, or superseded. The twelve-month period will be for status display and badge authorization only and will not constitute continuous monitoring, ongoing review, or continuing assurance. Before launch, no application, payment, session, Status Decision, badge, or active status is available. | Before programme launch, no display is permitted. After launch, display will be permitted only through the current badge and channels expressly authorized by Manufacturing Bridge. MB Reviewed will not be an accredited certification, regulatory inspection, legal-compliance opinion, product approval, or substitute for independent due diligence or an audit required by law or contract. At expiration, badge authorization will end automatically and the profile will return to Self-Declared unless a new designation is already effective. No automatic renewal, extension, or guaranteed grace period will apply. The official status page and Status Decision will control over screenshots, PDFs, presentations, cached pages, copied badges, or other reproductions. |
A participant may not:
- Display a status or badge without current written or Platform-based authorization, or display a status higher than or different from the status currently assigned;
- Alter, recolor, translate, animate, crop, recreate, combine, obscure, distort, or modify a badge or status statement;
- Use a badge as part of a company name, product name, logo, packaging, product label, certification mark, regulatory claim, warranty, or guarantee;
- Apply a status to an unreviewed affiliate, parent, subsidiary, facility, product, process, service, legal entity, or scope;
- Use a badge or status in a manner that implies accredited certification, government approval, regulatory authorization, legal compliance, product approval, technical qualification, financial stability, or guaranteed performance;
- Continue using a badge after expiration, suspension, revocation, withdrawal, correction, supersession, scope change, account closure, or notice from Manufacturing Bridge, or representing that a pending or newly requested review extends a prior designation;
After future programme launch, authorized external display must comply with current badge-use instructions and, when technically available, link to the official Manufacturing Bridge status page. Badge use must cease immediately upon expiration or earlier status action. Before launch, no MB Reviewed badge or active status page may be displayed. Joining an interest list, making a future request, payment, scheduling, or a review in progress will not create or extend badge authorization. Any authorization to display a Trust Seal badge is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and valid only for the organization, legal entity, facility, scope, status, and period expressly identified by Manufacturing Bridge.
11. MONITORING, REPORTING, AND COOPERATION
Manufacturing Bridge may use reports, periodic content review, automated signals, security tools, public information, third-party information, or other lawful means to identify possible violations. We are not obligated to monitor all content, users, sessions, or activity and do not guarantee that every violation will be detected, prevented, investigated, or resolved.
You may report suspected violations to legal@manufacturingbridge.com. A report should include the reporter’s name and contact information, the affected account or organization, a clear description, relevant dates, links, screenshots, and other supporting information. Reports should be made in good faith. Knowingly false, fabricated, retaliatory, or abusive reports may themselves violate this Policy.
You must reasonably cooperate with lawful investigations, information requests, security reviews, legal holds, evidence-preservation requests, and compliance inquiries. You may not destroy, alter, conceal, fabricate, or interfere with relevant information after becoming aware of an investigation, dispute, security incident, legal request, or enforcement matter.
We may preserve records, restrict disclosure of investigation details, and share information when reasonably necessary to protect rights, enforce agreements, comply with law or legal process, cooperate with authorities, prevent harm, or manage security and legal risk. We may be unable to disclose the existence, evidence, reasoning, or outcome of an investigation because of privacy, confidentiality, security, legal, or third-party-rights considerations.
12. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS
Manufacturing Bridge determines enforcement actions in its reasonable discretion, subject to applicable law and any controlling written agreement. We may consider the nature, severity, duration, recurrence, intent, cooperation, actual or potential harm, legal requirements, security risk, third-party rights, Trust Seal credibility, and other relevant circumstances.
Possible actions include:
- Requesting clarification, evidence, correction, or removal of information;
- Issuing a warning or compliance notice;
- Removing, disabling, redacting, quarantining, or refusing to publish content;
- Restricting registration, profile publication, directory visibility, search access, checkout, badge display, APIs, data feeds, or any other feature expressly made available;
- Suspending profile publication, membership benefits, account access, or authorization to display a Trust Seal badge;
- Suspending or revoking a Trust Seal designation, narrowing its scope, or changing its public display only in accordance with the applicable Trust Seal Agreement, methodology, and suspension or revocation procedure;
- Suspending or terminating an account, membership, service, or access right;
- Declining, holding, reversing, or cancelling an application, registration, checkout, publication, access request, or other activity when legally and operationally permitted;
- Preserving evidence, notifying affected parties, referring suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities, or pursuing legal remedies.
The examples above are illustrative. Manufacturing Bridge is not required to use a particular sequence, warning, classification, or remedy before taking action.
13. NOTICE, TEMPORARY RESTRICTION, AND OPPORTUNITY TO CURE
Where notice or an opportunity to cure is appropriate and would not create legal, security, fraud, sanctions, evidence-preservation, or third-party risk, Manufacturing Bridge may provide written notice and a reasonable correction period stated in that notice. No minimum cure period applies unless a controlling written agreement or mandatory law requires one. Manufacturing Bridge may impose an immediate temporary restriction while facts are reviewed.
A shorter period, suspension without prior notice, or immediate termination may be used when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, false credentials, impersonation, unlawful activity, sanctions or trade-control concerns, intellectual-property infringement, confidentiality or privacy violations, security threats, malware, scraping, unauthorized automated access, badge misuse, imminent harm, repeated violations, evidence-preservation needs, non-cooperation, or conduct that may materially damage users, third parties, the Platform, or Trust Seal integrity.
If a notice specifies a correction deadline, failure to respond or cure within that period may constitute an additional basis for enforcement. Manufacturing Bridge may extend, shorten, waive, or replace a cure period in writing when circumstances reasonably justify a different response. A cure does not require restoration of content, ranking, status, badge authorization, benefits, or access where continued restriction is reasonably appropriate.
14. REFUNDS AND FINANCIAL CONSEQUENCES
Suspension, restriction, content removal, future Trust Seal suspension or revocation after programme launch, badge withdrawal, or termination arising from a violation of this Policy does not entitle the user to a refund, credit, extension, compensation, or reimbursement, except where expressly provided in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, a controlling written agreement, or mandatory law. Before MB Reviewed launch, no Trust Seal fee is accepted and no MB Reviewed refund issue can arise.
The user remains responsible for amounts properly incurred before the effective date of an enforcement action and for losses, chargebacks, claims, penalties, or costs caused by the user’s violation to the extent provided by the applicable Terms and Conditions or other controlling agreement.
15. REQUESTING REVIEW OF AN ENFORCEMENT ACTION
A user may request internal review by contacting legal@manufacturingbridge.com, preferably within thirty (30) calendar days after the applicable notice. The request must identify the affected account, content, designation, or action; explain the basis for the request; and include relevant supporting information. Manufacturing Bridge may consider a later request in its discretion.
The enforcement action remains effective while review is pending unless Manufacturing Bridge determines otherwise. Timely and complete requests will be reviewed in good faith within a commercially reasonable period. No fixed response deadline applies, and complex legal, security, sanctions, fraud, intellectual-property, privacy, or third-party matters may require additional time.
Certain actions may not be eligible for internal review where required by law, court order, government request, payment-provider requirement, sanctions restriction, security necessity, or an obligation to protect another person’s rights. After future programme launch, ordinary expiration at the end of a stated twelve-month designation period will not be an adverse enforcement decision and will not be subject to substantive appeal, although Manufacturing Bridge may correct an administrative error concerning identity, scope, Effective Date, or Expiration Date. Internal review does not limit any dispute-resolution process available under the applicable Terms and Conditions or controlling agreement.
16. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time. Where reasonably practicable, material changes affecting active registered users or paid members will be communicated in advance through the Platform, by email, or by another reasonable method consistent with the Terms and Conditions. Changes required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, sanctions, payment-provider requirements, technical integrity, correction of an error, or clarification may take effect immediately or on shorter notice.
The “Last Updated” date identifies the current public version. Changes do not retroactively alter accrued contractual rights or obligations unless required by law or expressly agreed. Continued use after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance only to the extent provided in the applicable Terms and Conditions and the user has received legally sufficient notice.
17. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER TERMS; NO WAIVER
This Policy must be read together with the applicable Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Payment and Billing Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Trust Seal terms and methodology, and any service-specific agreement affirmatively accepted by the user. Public document names are used for clarity; internal document-control identifiers are not part of the user-facing agreement.
If any provision of this Policy is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Manufacturing Bridge may grant a written exception for a specific activity without creating a general waiver or obligation to grant similar exceptions.
