Effective Date: July 24, 2026  ·  Version 2.5  ·  Last Updated: July 24, 2026

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Manufacturing Bridge provides a B2B information, discovery, and visibility platform. It does not broker, route, manage, or participate in transactions between users; does not offer request-for-quotation, tendering, bidding, order-routing, or internal messaging functionality; charges no commission, success fee, brokerage fee, or introduction fee; and imposes no non-circumvention or exclusivity obligation. Self-Declared is the current no-review designation. Not currently available — planned for Q4 2026, subject to programme readiness. No MB Reviewed application, payment, session, badge, or active status is currently available. Users must perform their own due diligence and make their own commercial decisions.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Disclaimer Policy (“Policy”) explains material limitations concerning content, information, features, communications, and services made available by MB Platform Services LLC, doing business as Manufacturing Bridge™ (“Manufacturing Bridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It applies to the Manufacturing Bridge website, Platform, profiles, directory and search functions, Trust Seal programme, marketing materials, proposals, presentations, commercial communications, editorial content, social media, and other public-facing materials issued by or on behalf of Manufacturing Bridge.

This Policy provides qualifications and context and is incorporated into the Platform Terms and Conditions when identified in the applicable acceptance flow. Passive viewing of this Policy alone does not create a paid service relationship, professional-services engagement, or right to a feature, result, or remedy. Registered users and customers are bound only to the extent Manufacturing Bridge obtains legally sufficient notice and assent to the applicable Terms, this Policy, or another controlling agreement.

2. Relationship to Other Agreements

This Policy supplements and, when identified in the applicable acceptance flow, is incorporated into the Platform Terms and Conditions and any service-specific agreement that expressly references it. If a conflict exists, the following order applies unless mandatory law requires otherwise: (a) a specifically negotiated written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Manufacturing Bridge; (b) service-specific terms affirmatively accepted by the applicable user; (c) the Platform Terms and Conditions; and (d) this Policy and other incorporated public policies.

Nothing in this Policy reduces an express obligation that Manufacturing Bridge has accepted in a signed agreement. No employee, contractor, reviewer, partner, representative, or other person may expand the scope of a service, waive a limitation, or make a binding representation on behalf of Manufacturing Bridge unless expressly authorized in writing.

3. Platform Role; Direct Dealings; No Intermediary Services

Manufacturing Bridge provides a software-enabled B2B information, discovery, directory, and visibility environment. Unless expressly agreed in a separate signed agreement, we do not manufacture products, hold inventory, take title to goods, inspect every facility, control user operations, or act as a buyer, seller, distributor, importer, exporter, customs broker, employment agency, fiduciary, legal representative, sourcing agent, or broker for any user.

The Platform does not provide request-for-quotation, tendering, bidding, order-routing, internal messaging, escrow, transaction-management, or quotation-management functionality. Manufacturing Bridge does not receive, route, distribute, negotiate, or manage purchasing enquiries, specifications, quotations, purchase orders, payments, shipments, or performance between users.

Users communicate and contract directly and independently, outside the Platform. Manufacturing Bridge charges no commission, success fee, brokerage fee, introduction fee, or other fee contingent on any transaction between users. Manufacturing Bridge imposes no non-circumvention, exclusivity, or similar restriction on users dealing directly with one another. This freedom to deal directly does not authorize scraping, bulk extraction, resale, redistribution, or other misuse of Platform data, profiles, databases, content, or intellectual property.

Manufacturing Bridge is not a party to any contract, purchase order, quotation, payment, shipment, quality agreement, nondisclosure agreement, or other transaction between users. Each party is solely responsible for negotiating and documenting its own relationship, allocating risk, determining applicable law, conducting due diligence, and performing its obligations.

4. No Guarantee of Commercial Results

Use of the website, Platform, a membership, profile, directory listing, search function, Trust Seal service, paid visibility feature, or other Manufacturing Bridge offering does not guarantee any business connection, response, lead, sale, purchase order, contract, financing, partnership, qualification, customer approval, market access, or other commercial outcome.

Without limitation, Manufacturing Bridge does not represent or warrant that:

• a buyer will contact, respond to, shortlist, approve, qualify, or engage any listed company;

• a supplier will be available, suitable, capable, authorized, financially stable, compliant, or willing to satisfy a particular requirement;

• a search result, directory listing, direct contact, or introduction will result in a transaction or continuing relationship;

• a membership tier, profile position, Trust Seal designation, filter, or paid visibility feature will generate a specific quantity or quality of opportunities; or

• the Platform will satisfy a particular procurement requirement, business plan, revenue expectation, financing objective, or return.

Commercial outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including user conduct, market conditions, pricing, specifications, due diligence, negotiation, capacity, quality, financing, logistics, regulatory status, and contractual performance.

5. User-Submitted and Third-Party Information

Profiles and directory records may contain company descriptions, declared capabilities, certifications, registrations, ownership statements, product or service information, capacity data, locations, public profile content, and other information supplied by users or third parties. Self-Declared is the current default designation and means that Manufacturing Bridge has not reviewed the displayed information. MB Reviewed is not currently available and no profile information is treated as MB Reviewed before the programme is expressly opened and a Status Decision is issued.

Manufacturing Bridge performs risk-based legitimacy, sanctions, restricted-party, fraud, security, and commercial-integrity screening for its own account-activation, payment-eligibility, and Platform-integrity decisions. That control is limited and point-in-time; it is not a continuous-monitoring service, is not guaranteed to identify every restriction, ownership change, false statement, or later event, and does not replace a buyer’s or supplier’s own sanctions, compliance, ownership, financial, technical, or counterparty due diligence. Except for the fact that Manufacturing Bridge has made its own internal decision, we do not represent or warrant the identity, authority, ownership, qualifications, certifications, regulatory status, financial condition, insurance, sanctions status, technical capability, capacity, product conformity, or legal compliance of a Platform user.

Public profile content is Self-Declared unless and until a future MB Reviewed Status Decision states otherwise. Not currently available — planned for Q4 2026, subject to programme readiness. Before express programme launch, no participant source documents or review evidence are requested, displayed, received, or processed for MB Reviewed. If the programme is opened, source materials will be displayed only during a live remote session and will not be uploaded to, received by, downloaded by, copied by, photographed by, recorded by, or retained by Manufacturing Bridge. Users must independently confirm all information material to a transaction.

6. Search, Ranking, Filters, and Visibility

Search results, filters, category placement, profile ordering, and visibility may reflect multiple factors, including industrial relevance, location, profile completeness, membership level, recency, user-selected filters, and other Platform criteria. Paid membership may affect visibility only as expressly described in the applicable membership terms. Visibility is a commercial presentation feature and does not indicate superior quality, capability, reliability, compliance, or suitability.

A Trust Seal designation may be displayed and may be available as a user-selected filter, but it does not independently increase or determine directory ranking. Manufacturing Bridge does not recommend, endorse, select, rank by merit, or choose counterparties on behalf of any user. Search results and directory listings are informational tools only and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular need. Except for the Diamond homepage publication benefit and ordering method expressly described in the Platform Terms and Conditions, no particular directory ranking, search position, impression volume, profile-view count, continued visibility beyond the applicable paid period, exclusivity, compatibility, or volume of exposure is guaranteed.

7. Trust Seal

TRUST SEAL CORE DISCLAIMER
Not currently available — planned for Q4 2026, subject to programme readiness. If the programme is expressly opened and a designation is granted, MB Reviewed will reflect only the defined scope of a point-in-time process performed on information and evidence displayed during a live remote session. It may be displayed for twelve (12) consecutive months from the Effective Date stated in the Status Decision, subject to earlier status action. The display period will not be continuous monitoring or ongoing assurance and will not constitute certification, accreditation, endorsement, approval, regulatory inspection, legal-compliance opinion, warranty, or guarantee. Buyers and other users remain solely responsible for their own due diligence and decisions.

7.1 Designations and Defined Scope

The Trust Seal architecture comprises Self-Declared and the planned MB Reviewed designation. Self-Declared is the current default designation for participant-supplied information and reflects no review by Manufacturing Bridge. Not currently available — planned for Q4 2026, subject to programme readiness. No MB Reviewed application, payment, scheduling, session, Status Decision, badge, or active status is currently available. A prelaunch interest list, if offered, is non-binding and creates no reservation, priority, eligibility, price lock, or launch commitment. Registered is an account or Platform status, not a Trust Seal designation.

If and when the programme is expressly opened, an MB Reviewed engagement will be limited to the scope agreed for the session and to the information, representations, and evidence actually displayed. Manufacturing Bridge cannot assess undisclosed information and will not be responsible for concealment, omission, falsification, alteration, fraud, misrepresentation, or incomplete disclosure by a participant or any third party.

7.2 Remote Session and Zero Retention

If and when expressly opened, MB Reviewed will be delivered through a live remote session in which the participant displays source materials under its own control. Manufacturing Bridge will not request transfer of, receive, upload, download, store, retain, photograph, screen-capture, transcribe, or record the participant’s source documents, images, videos, logos, or files, and the session will not be recorded.

After future programme launch, Manufacturing Bridge will retain only its own limited work product and required execution records, which may include the agreed scope, signed participant attestations and consents, a session log or checklist, reviewer observations or findings, and the Status Decision. Those records will not reproduce or replace participant source documents. Before launch, Manufacturing Bridge may retain only non-binding interest-list and programme-readiness records and will not accept source evidence.

If opened, MB Reviewed will not be an accredited certification audit, government or regulatory inspection, customer audit, financial audit, product approval, legal or regulatory compliance opinion, continuous-monitoring service, or substitute for any assessment required by law, regulation, industry standard, customer requirement, or contract.

7.3 Point-in-Time Status; Current Record Controls

If and when the programme is opened, MB Reviewed will be a defined-scope, point-in-time review. If granted, the designation will remain active for twelve (12) consecutive months from the Effective Date stated in the applicable Status Decision, unless earlier suspended, revoked, withdrawn, corrected, or superseded under the Trust Seal Agreement and applicable programme rules. The twelve-month period will be an authorization period for status display and badge use only. It will not constitute continuous monitoring, ongoing review, ongoing assurance, or a representation that the participant’s circumstances, information, operations, licences, certifications, ownership, facilities, or capabilities remain unchanged throughout that period.

After future launch, at expiration the designation will become inactive, all authorization to display or use the MB Reviewed badge will end automatically, and the participant’s Platform profile will return to Self-Declared unless a new MB Reviewed designation has already become effective. There will be no automatic renewal, extension, or guaranteed grace period. Joining an interest list, applying, paying, scheduling, or beginning a new review will not extend a prior designation. The official Platform record and controlling Status Decision will prevail over screenshots, copied badges, downloaded materials, external webpages, presentations, or other reproductions.

7.4 No Substitute for Due Diligence

No person may rely on a Trust Seal designation as a substitute for independent due diligence, professional advice, contractual protections, site assessment, incoming inspection, product qualification, supplier approval, insurance review, financial review, sanctions review, legal analysis, or any audit, certification, inspection, or authorization required by law or contract.

8. No Professional Advice; Contracted Services Exception

General content, Platform information, articles, presentations, templates, summaries, communications, search results, Trust Seal designations, and other public or self-service materials are provided for informational and general business purposes only. Unless expressly included in a separate signed agreement, they do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, insurance, regulatory, compliance, certification, technical, engineering, quality, cybersecurity, environmental, employment, procurement, medical, or other professional advice or opinion.

Users should obtain advice from qualified professionals and exercise independent judgment before acting. This disclaimer does not negate professional, consulting, review, implementation, or advisory services expressly described in a separate written agreement signed by MB Platform Services LLC. Any such services are governed exclusively by that agreement’s scope, assumptions, limitations, deliverables, reliance provisions, fees, and remedies.

9. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Features

Manufacturing Bridge may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, or rules-based tools to assist with search, classification, translation, extraction, summarization, profile organization, relevance ordering, content generation, fraud detection, security review, and administrative support. Automated or AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for a particular decision.

AI-assisted outputs are informational and do not constitute certification, professional advice, endorsement, a final supplier-selection decision, or a guarantee of any result. Users must independently review and confirm outputs before relying on them. Automated systems do not make final Trust Seal status decisions or other material relationship decisions reserved to qualified human personnel. Additional information is provided in the AI Transparency Statement.

10. Platform Availability, Beta Features, Security, and Data

The website and Platform are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law and to the liability framework in the Platform Terms and Conditions. Manufacturing Bridge does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular uptime level, error-free operation, compatibility with every device or system, or indefinite availability of any feature.

Features identified as beta, preview, pilot, early access, waitlist, coming soon, or otherwise under development may be changed, delayed, limited, suspended, or discontinued and may contain additional errors or limitations. A feature is available only when expressly identified as available on the Platform, at checkout, or in the applicable service description. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, no launch date or service level is guaranteed.

No information system is completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting credentials, controlling authorized access, maintaining appropriate security measures, and retaining independent copies of information they need. Subject to applicable law and the governing agreement, Manufacturing Bridge does not guarantee indefinite retention or recovery of profile or account data following interruption, closure, user error, third-party failure, or a security incident.

11. External Links, Integrations, and Third-Party Services

The website or Platform may link to or integrate with third-party websites, payment processors, communications tools, maps, data sources, hosting services, social networks, or other services. Links and integrations are provided for convenience or functionality and do not constitute endorsement, control, ownership, or warranty by Manufacturing Bridge.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, security measures, availability, fees, and policies. Manufacturing Bridge is not responsible for third-party content, acts, omissions, changes, outages, data practices, or performance, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded or is expressly assumed in a signed agreement.

12. Marketing, Case Studies, Testimonials, Statistics, and Trademarks

Examples, case studies, projections, illustrations, testimonials, success stories, market observations, statistics, and performance statements may reflect particular circumstances, user-supplied information, historical results, assumptions, or estimates. They are not promises or guarantees that another user will achieve the same or similar result. Actual outcomes vary.

Testimonials and quotations must reflect the honest views or experiences of the persons providing them and may not be presented in a misleading manner. Manufacturing Bridge will disclose a material relationship or compensation when disclosure is required to avoid a misleading impression. A company name, logo, quotation, or company-specific case study will not be used in public marketing without the applicable permission. References to customers, partners, suppliers, standards, products, companies, or third-party marks are for identification or informational purposes and do not imply sponsorship, affiliation, approval, or endorsement unless expressly stated by an authorized party.

13. Forward-Looking Statements and Platform Roadmap

Communications may contain forward-looking statements, estimates, plans, projections, or expectations concerning future features, launch periods, markets, growth, partnerships, revenues, opportunities, Platform development, or other future matters. Such statements reflect assumptions when made and are subject to technical, operational, security, legal, quality-readiness, market, financing, competitive, and other risks and uncertainties.

Any stated release date or launch period is an estimate only and may change. No roadmap statement, presentation, waiting list, expression of interest, forecast, or projection is a contractual commitment or promise unless it is expressly included as a binding obligation in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of MB Platform Services LLC.

14. Geographic Availability, Local Law, and Trade Restrictions

The public Website may be accessible from multiple jurisdictions, but accessibility does not mean that every service, membership, payment method, Trust Seal activity, or Platform feature is offered, appropriate, or legally available in every location. Manufacturing Bridge is directed to the markets of Mexico and the United States, and paid services are available in the supported jurisdictions identified at checkout. Manufacturing Bridge may hold, restrict, or decline registration or payment from any other jurisdiction until the relevant service has been reviewed and authorized.

Excluded Jurisdictions. The Platform is not offered to, and is not intended for, users established or located in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom. Manufacturing Bridge does not target or solicit registrations in those jurisdictions and may refuse, suspend, or terminate a registration originating from them. This geographic position is a risk-control measure and does not replace compliance with mandatory law that may apply based on actual facts.

Users are responsible for laws applicable to their own activities, including licensing, product, employment, privacy, tax, import, export, customs, trade-control, sanctions, anti-bribery, and industry-specific requirements. Manufacturing Bridge does not represent that use of the Platform or any listed company, product, service, transaction, or Trust Seal designation satisfies the legal requirements of a particular jurisdiction.

15. Liability Framework

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to the liability provisions in the applicable Platform Terms and Conditions or signed agreement, Manufacturing Bridge is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on Self-Declared or third-party information, search results, filters, directory listings, Trust Seal designations, commercial decisions, user conduct, transactions between users, external services, forward-looking statements, or matters outside a scope expressly accepted by Manufacturing Bridge.

This Policy does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. The applicable Platform Terms and Conditions or signed agreement controls all liability caps, exclusions, remedies, indemnities, dispute procedures, and limitation periods. No disclaimer in this Policy should be read to contradict a specific written commitment accepted by Manufacturing Bridge.

16. Changes to This Policy

Manufacturing Bridge may update this Policy from time to time. The current version will identify its effective date and last-updated date. Where the Platform Terms and Conditions or applicable law require notice of a material change affecting registered users, Manufacturing Bridge will provide notice through the Platform, by email, or by another reasonable method before the change takes effect. Editorial, clarifying, beneficial, security-related, or legally required changes may take effect on publication or on shorter notice when reasonably necessary. Changes do not retroactively alter accrued rights or obligations unless required by law or expressly agreed.
