COOKIE AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES POLICY

MANUFACTURING BRIDGE™

COOKIE AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES POLICY

Applies to manufacturingbridge.com and Platform interfaces that link to this Policy

Effective Date: July 24, 2026   |   Version 2.4   |   Last Updated: July 24, 2026

IMPORTANT CHOICE NOTICE
Manufacturing Bridge uses technologies reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and provide requested Website or Platform functions. At initial launch, optional functional, analytics, marketing, and third-party-content technologies remain disabled unless the relevant provider and use have been inventoried, classified, configured, disclosed, and tested. Where affirmative consent is required, continuing to browse, inactivity, scrolling, or closing a banner does not constitute consent.

1. ABOUT THIS POLICY

This Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy (“Policy”) explains how MB Platform Services LLC d/b/a Manufacturing Bridge (“Manufacturing Bridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on manufacturingbridge.com and on any Website or Platform interface that links to this Policy.

This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and the applicable Platform Terms and Conditions. It describes the categories and purposes of technologies used, when consent or another choice is requested, how preferences may be changed, and how third-party technologies may operate.

The technologies active on a particular page, together with available provider, purpose, category, and duration information, are identified in the Cookie Preferences panel or comparable live inventory made available through the Website. At initial launch, only strictly necessary technologies are authorized unless an optional provider or category has been inventoried, legally classified, configured, disclosed, and tested for the notice or choice required by the applicable configuration and law. This Policy states the general rules; the live inventory states technology-specific facts.

2. WHAT COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES ARE

Cookies are small text files placed on or read from a browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, web beacons, embedded scripts, software development kits, device identifiers, and other technologies that store information on or access information from a browser or device.

Some technologies are first-party, meaning they are controlled through a Manufacturing Bridge domain. Others are third-party technologies provided by service providers whose tools are integrated into the Website or Platform.

3. CATEGORIES OF TECHNOLOGIES WE MAY USE

CategoryPurposeChoice and Activation
Strictly NecessaryOperate log-in and account sessions; maintain security; prevent fraud and abuse; remember privacy choices; balance traffic; enable requested forms, checkout, and payment security.Activated only when reasonably necessary to provide a service requested by the user, maintain security or integrity, remember a privacy choice, complete a user-initiated checkout, or comply with law. These cannot be disabled through our preference panel, although browser controls may affect functionality.
Functional and PreferencesRemember language, interface, display, accessibility, or other optional settings and enable enhanced features requested by the user.Activated only after the notice, consent, or other choice required by applicable law and the configuration in use, unless the technology is strictly necessary to provide a function expressly requested by the user.
Analytics and PerformanceMeasure Website and Platform use, diagnose errors, understand navigation, evaluate performance, and improve services.Disabled until the affirmative choice required by applicable law and the configuration in use is obtained. We may use aggregated, server-side, or de-identified operational metrics that do not require optional device storage or access.
Marketing and CommunicationsMeasure campaigns, attribute referrals, manage optional outreach, or support advertising and communication tools.Activated only after the required notice and choice. Whether any provider is active is shown in the live inventory. Manufacturing Bridge does not knowingly use optional technologies for sale or sharing of personal information unless accurately disclosed and accompanied by any legally required opt-out mechanism.
Embedded Third-Party ContentDisplay optional videos, maps, social content, scheduling tools, chat tools, or other externally provided features.Where an embedded service uses optional technologies, it remains blocked or inactive until the user makes the choice required by applicable law and the configuration in use.

3.1 Strictly Necessary Does Not Mean Merely Convenient

A technology is treated as strictly necessary only when it is reasonably required to deliver a service or feature expressly requested by the user, maintain security and integrity, retain a privacy choice, complete a requested payment, or satisfy a legal requirement. A technology is not treated as strictly necessary merely because it is useful, convenient, or beneficial to Manufacturing Bridge.

3.2 Payment and Checkout Technologies

When you initiate an enabled checkout or access a payment page, Stripe or another disclosed payment provider may use technologies reasonably necessary to create and authenticate the payment session, process the transaction, prevent fraud, and protect payment security. Gold and Diamond checkout may be enabled only after the applicable readiness and screening controls. MB Reviewed is not currently available, and no MB Reviewed checkout, payment session, application, or scheduling technology may be activated before express programme launch. The payment provider may act under its own privacy and technology terms and may independently determine aspects of its processing.

4. COOKIE BANNER AND PREFERENCE CENTER

Where applicable law or the configuration in use requires prior consent or another affirmative choice, the initial banner or preference interface provides clear options to:

• Accept optional technologies;

• Reject optional technologies; and

• Manage preferences by category.

Where affirmative consent is required, accepting and rejecting the same optional categories are presented through comparably accessible choices, and optional categories are not preselected. Continuing to browse, scrolling, inactivity, or closing the banner does not constitute consent. Where prior consent is not required, we may provide a notice, opt-out control, or preference interface appropriate to the relevant law and technology.

When a preference interface is used, a persistent “Cookie Preferences” link or comparable control is made available in the Website footer or another reasonably accessible location. You may use it to review or change available choices. Withdrawing or rejecting an optional choice is intended to be no more difficult than granting the corresponding choice. A changed preference applies prospectively and does not undo processing that was lawful before the change.

We may retain a limited consent or preference record, such as a pseudonymous or device-level identifier where reasonably feasible, date and time, region or rule applied, categories accepted or rejected, and the version of the notice or interface. This record is used to respect and demonstrate a privacy choice. It is not evidence that you accepted Platform Terms, a membership, automatic renewal, a future MB Reviewed engagement, or any purchase.

5. CURRENT TECHNOLOGY INVENTORY

The active technology inventory is available through the Cookie Preferences panel when optional technologies are enabled. If only strictly necessary technologies are active, the interface or notice may state that fact. The inventory identifies, as applicable, the technology or cookie name, provider, domain, category, purpose, first- or third-party status, duration, and activation condition. No optional provider may be activated before it is included accurately in the live inventory and the required technical and legal controls have passed release testing.

Manufacturing Bridge does not publish hypothetical providers as though they were active. Optional analytics, advertising, CRM, chatbot, video, map, scheduling, social-media, or similar providers remain disabled until the live inventory, preference controls, blocking configuration, vendor review, and applicable notice or choice are complete and tested.

The live inventory controls technology-specific facts such as provider names, cookie names, domains, and stated durations. This Policy controls the general legal and operational rules. If an inconsistency is identified, we may apply the more protective treatment while we investigate and correct the configuration or disclosure as reasonably appropriate.

6. REGIONAL PRIVACY CHOICES

6.1 European Economic Area, Switzerland and United Kingdom

Manufacturing Bridge is directed to the markets of Mexico and the United States, and paid services are available in the supported jurisdictions identified at checkout. The Platform is not offered to, and is not intended for, users established or located in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom. The public Website may nonetheless be reachable from those regions. Where applicable storage-and-access rules require prior consent, non-exempt technologies remain inactive until valid consent is obtained. Nothing in this Section constitutes an offer of the Platform in an excluded or unsupported jurisdiction.

6.2 California and Other United States Jurisdictions

California and other United States privacy laws may require notices, opt-out mechanisms, or recognition of qualifying universal opt-out preference signals for covered processing. Under the Company’s current documented configuration, Manufacturing Bridge does not knowingly sell personal information or use optional Website technologies to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that position changes, or if a covered activity becomes applicable, we will update the relevant disclosures and implement the choices required by law before or when required.

Where applicable law requires recognition of a qualifying universal opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control or another legally recognized mechanism, we will process the signal for the covered browser or device as required. A browser “Do Not Track” signal is different from a legally recognized opt-out mechanism. Because no universal legal or technical standard requires a separate response to Do Not Track in every jurisdiction, the Website may not respond to it independently.

6.3 Other Jurisdictions

We may adapt the banner, available categories, wording, or activation rules according to reasonable location signals, supported-jurisdiction controls, applicable law, and the technologies used on the relevant page. Location signals may be approximate or unavailable. Registration or paid checkout from a jurisdiction other than the United States or Mexico may be held or declined until reviewed. Where reasonably practicable, we may apply a more protective default or make the preference interface available regardless of location. A stronger mandatory right is not limited by this Policy.

7. THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGIES AND EMBEDDED SERVICES

Third-party providers may place or access technologies when their services are enabled on the Website or Platform. Manufacturing Bridge determines whether those integrations are enabled within its pages to the extent technically available, while the provider may independently determine aspects of its own processing.

Optional third-party technologies are not activated before the choice required by applicable law and the configuration in use. Third-party content may initially appear as a blocked placeholder or require user activation. Activating the content may permit the provider to process device, interaction, account, or approximate-location information under its own terms and privacy notices.

We use contractual, configuration, access-control, and vendor-management measures that we consider appropriate for the relevant service. However, we do not control every independent processing activity of a third-party provider. Users should review the provider information identified in the live inventory before activating optional third-party content.

8. BROWSER AND DEVICE CONTROLS

Most browsers and devices allow users to block, delete, or restrict cookies and similar technologies. These controls operate independently from the Manufacturing Bridge preference interface. Blocking all technologies may prevent log-in, session continuity, checkout, security controls, remembered preferences, or other requested functions from operating correctly.

Deleting a consent or preference record may cause the banner to reappear because the Website can no longer recognize the previous choice. Clearing cookies may also sign you out or remove saved settings.

9. DURATION, RETENTION, AND PREFERENCE RENEWAL

Technology duration varies according to purpose. Session technologies generally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent technologies remain until their stated expiration, deletion by the user, replacement, or withdrawal of the applicable choice. Specific durations are identified in the live inventory.

Consent and preference records are retained only as reasonably necessary to respect choices, demonstrate compliance, resolve disputes, prevent repeated prompts, and satisfy applicable law or records requirements. Retention is further governed by our Privacy Policy and records schedule. We may request a renewed choice when required by law or when a materially new provider, purpose, or category is introduced.

10. CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE AND OPERATIONAL RECORDS

Manufacturing Bridge does not use cookie or similar-technology preferences as evidence of acceptance of Platform Terms, memberships, automatic renewals, a future MB Reviewed engagement, or another transaction. Contract acceptance and privacy-policy acknowledgment are recorded separately through clickwrap, server-side, accounting, or payment records identifying the relevant document or transaction, affirmative action, date and time, and reasonably necessary technical information.

11. SECURITY AND LIMITATIONS

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect preference and technology information. No browser, device, network, online system, or third-party technology can be guaranteed to be completely secure, error-free, or continuously available.

If a technology is misclassified, fires contrary to an applicable preference, or exceeds its disclosed purpose, we may disable or restrict it, preserve relevant evidence, correct the configuration or inventory, contact the provider, honor applicable rights, and provide notices when required by law.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY OR TECHNOLOGY USE

We may update this Policy or the live inventory to reflect changes in law, technology, providers, security, Website functionality, or business practices. We will provide notice of material changes when required by the Platform Terms or applicable law. No fixed minimum notice period applies unless a controlling agreement or mandatory law requires one.

Notice does not replace consent, an opt-out mechanism, or another legally required choice. A materially new optional provider, purpose, or category will be disclosed and subject to any required choice before activation. Legal, security, fraud-prevention, provider-continuity, corrective, or urgent technical changes may take effect immediately or on shorter notice when reasonably necessary.
