PAYMENT, BILLING AND SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

MANUFACTURING BRIDGE™

PAYMENT, BILLING AND SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Applies to annual paid memberships, future MB Reviewed services when expressly opened, and other authorized paid Platform services

Effective Date: July 24, 2026     Version: 2.5     Last Updated: July 24, 2026

IMPORTANT BILLING NOTICE
Gold and Diamond are annual paid memberships that renew only under the affirmative authorization and reminder rules in this Policy. Basic is free and does not renew automatically. Diamond checkout requires approved homepage-card information and confirmed publication capacity, and the Diamond annual period begins on first actual homepage publication. MB Reviewed is not currently available — planned for Q4 2026, subject to programme readiness. No MB Reviewed application, scheduling, payment, or review is available until Manufacturing Bridge expressly opens the service. Registration and paid checkout are enabled only after applicable screening controls produce a result acceptable to the Company.

1. ABOUT THIS POLICY

This Payment, Billing and Subscription Policy (“Policy”) governs fees, payment processing, billing cycles, subscription activation, automatic renewal, failed payments, cancellation, refunds, billing disputes, and related matters for services provided by MB Platform Services LLC d/b/a Manufacturing Bridge (“Manufacturing Bridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Policy supplements the Manufacturing Bridge Platform Terms and Conditions, the Manufacturing Bridge Refund and Cancellation Policy, any Trust Seal Agreement, and any service-specific terms expressly presented to and accepted by the customer. If a specifically negotiated written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Manufacturing Bridge conflicts with this Policy, that signed agreement controls for the affected service. Otherwise, the order of precedence stated in the Manufacturing Bridge Platform Terms and Conditions applies.

The Platform is intended solely for business and professional use. By purchasing a service, you represent that the purchase is made for commercial, industrial, organizational, or professional purposes and not primarily for personal, family, or household use. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

2. SERVICES, FEES, AND CHECKOUT INFORMATION

Current fees are shown below for convenience. The price, billing period, taxes, included features, availability status, start conditions, and renewal terms displayed immediately before payment will control that transaction, provided that the checkout remains consistent with the Company’s authorized pricing and current service architecture. Manufacturing Bridge does not accept payment through ordinary checkout for a service that is unavailable. Any future, custom, reservation, or pre-launch arrangement requires a separate service order or checkout disclosure identifying the service status, start conditions, cancellation treatment, and refund terms before payment.

2.1 Membership Fees

Membership TierCurrent FeeProfile / Visibility and Billing
BasicFreeLimited public business profile; no payment and no automatic renewal
GoldUSD $1,500 per yearStandard, complete, and publicly visible business profile; annual automatic renewal only after affirmative checkout authorization
DiamondUSD $2,800 per yearSame standard, complete, and publicly visible business profile as Gold, plus homepage visibility subject to then-current capacity and readiness rules; annual automatic renewal only after affirmative checkout authorization and continued tier availability

2.2 Other Paid Services

Sponsorships, advertising placements, educational content, events, and other optional services may be offered only through a separate checkout, service order, or signed agreement that states the price, scope, billing frequency, renewal terms, and availability conditions. No price or renewal obligation applies merely because a service is described on the Website. These services do not create an additional membership tier or Trust Seal designation and do not alter the benefits of Basic, Gold, or Diamond.

No optional service may be presented as a fourth membership tier, a Trust Seal level, or a paid pathway to preferential Trust Seal treatment. Any professional or custom service outside Platform membership requires a separate written scope or service order.

2.3 Trust Seal Fees

Trust Seal DesignationCurrent FeeDescription
Self-DeclaredNo feeDefault profile designation. Information is supplied by the participant; Manufacturing Bridge performs no review and confirms nothing about it.
MB ReviewedPlanned standard fee: USD $3,000 per review engagementNot currently available — planned for Q4 2026, subject to programme readiness. No application, scheduling, payment, or review is currently available. If and when opened, MB Reviewed will be a one-time, defined-scope, point-in-time remote review under the then-current Trust Seal Agreement and programme rules.

Not currently available — planned for Q4 2026, subject to programme readiness. The planned standard fee is USD $3,000 per engagement, subject to confirmation in the service order or checkout presented when the service is opened. The planned fee is not a current offer and no payment is accepted before launch. When available, the fee will pay for the defined review process, not a favorable result. Payment will not guarantee that a designation is granted, and membership level will neither confer nor affect the designation.

2.3.1 Current Availability and Interest List

Manufacturing Bridge may offer a non-binding interest list before launch. Joining it requires no payment and creates no reservation, priority, guaranteed availability, session date, launch commitment, or right to the planned fee. The service may open only after the applicable legal, methodology, reviewer-capacity, screening, zero-retention, status-page, badge, pre-session, and programme-readiness controls are complete.

2.3.2 Designation Period and Expiration

The twelve-month period is an authorization and public-status period only. It does not constitute continuous monitoring, a warranty that reviewed information remains accurate or current throughout the period, or a representation that the participant’s circumstances remain unchanged. Manufacturing Bridge may suspend, revoke, withdraw, correct, or supersede the designation earlier in accordance with the Trust Seal Agreement and applicable programme rules.

At expiration, the MB Reviewed designation automatically becomes inactive, authorization to display the MB Reviewed badge ends, and the participant’s Platform profile returns to Self-Declared unless a new MB Reviewed designation has been granted following a new review engagement. Expiration does not create a grace period, automatic extension, or right to a new review or designation.

2.4 Purchase Orders and Customer Terms

A purchase order, vendor form, portal entry, or similar customer document is accepted for administrative convenience only. Any additional or conflicting customer terms are rejected and do not modify the applicable agreement unless expressly accepted in a separate writing signed by an authorized representative of Manufacturing Bridge.

2.5 No Transaction-Contingent Fees or Restrictions on Direct Dealing

Manufacturing Bridge does not charge commissions, success fees, brokerage fees, referral or introduction fees, or any fee contingent on a transaction between users. We do not provide request-for-quotation, tendering, bidding, order-routing, transaction-management, escrow, or internal messaging services, and we impose no non-circumvention or exclusivity obligation. Users may communicate and transact directly and independently. Amounts paid under this Policy are solely for a service expressly purchased from Manufacturing Bridge.

3. CURRENCY, TAXES, INVOICES, AND BANK CHARGES

All fees are stated and charged in United States Dollars unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. Prices exclude sales, use, value-added, goods and services, withholding, customs, duties, and similar taxes or government charges unless expressly stated.

All services are provided and invoiced by MB Platform Services LLC, a United States entity. Manufacturing Bridge does not add or collect Mexican value-added tax (IVA) unless it determines that such collection is required under applicable law. Each purchaser remains responsible for any tax, import-of-services, self-assessment, withholding, reporting, or similar obligation imposed directly on the purchaser by its jurisdiction.

  • Manufacturing Bridge may calculate, collect, and remit taxes only where legally required. You remain responsible for taxes, duties, self-assessment obligations, import-of-services treatment, and similar amounts that Manufacturing Bridge is not legally required to collect.
  • Tax-exempt treatment requires complete and valid supporting documentation before the applicable invoice or charge. Retroactive adjustments are made only where required by law or approved in writing.
  • You are responsible for accurate billing, legal-entity, address, tax-identification, and invoicing information. Delays caused by incomplete information do not extend a payment due date or service period.
  • Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may impose foreign-transaction, currency-conversion, wire, ACH, or other charges. Manufacturing Bridge does not control or receive those charges.
  • If you are legally required to withhold tax from a payment, you must remit the withholding to the proper authority and promptly provide an official certificate. Except where prohibited by mandatory law or agreed in writing, the amount payable must be increased so that Manufacturing Bridge receives the full invoiced amount after withholding.

Amounts are payable without setoff, deduction, counterclaim, or reduction except where required by mandatory law or expressly agreed in writing.

4. PAYMENT PROCESSING AND PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Payments are currently processed through Stripe, Inc. or another payment provider identified at checkout. Manufacturing Bridge does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes. The payment provider may make limited payment metadata available to us, such as card brand, expiration date, last four digits, billing identifiers, payment status, and transaction history, for account administration, reconciliation, fraud prevention, support, and legal compliance.

Available payment methods may include credit and debit cards, ACH or bank debit, and other methods enabled for your jurisdiction. Availability is determined by the payment provider and may change. Your use of a payment method is also subject to the provider and financial institution terms applicable to you.

By submitting a one-time payment, you authorize the disclosed charge. By affirmatively accepting recurring terms at checkout, you authorize Manufacturing Bridge and its payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the disclosed initial and recurring amounts until you cancel or the subscription terminates. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and for ensuring that the person providing authorization has authority to bind the purchasing organization.

Payments using ACH, bank debit, or another delayed-settlement method may remain pending after service access is provisionally activated. A payment is not final until it settles. If a payment is returned, reversed, disputed, or fails to settle, the amount remains due and we may restrict the affected access or service.

5. SERVICE ACTIVATION AND BILLING PERIOD

Gold begins on the activation date stated in the confirmation issued after successful payment, required acceptance, screening, and onboarding. Diamond does not begin on payment. Diamond checkout may be enabled only after all four authorized homepage-card fields are complete and approved, applicable screening and acceptance are complete, no legal, sanctions, security, fraud, or technical hold remains, and publication capacity within the following two (2) Business Days is confirmed. After confirmed payment, the Diamond annual period begins on the actual date the homepage card is first published. A delay caused solely by Manufacturing Bridge does not shorten the paid period. The Refund and Cancellation Policy governs any pre-publication cancellation or remedy.

For Diamond, “Business Day” means Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays, measured in Mountain Time at Sheridan, Wyoming (America/Denver). A readiness condition completed after 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time is treated as completed on the next Business Day. The two-Business-Day period is paused for participant-caused delay, participant-requested changes, incomplete or inaccurate information, third-party interruption, legal or compliance review, force majeure, or conditions outside Manufacturing Bridge’s reasonable control.

The Diamond renewal date is the anniversary of the Homepage Publication Date. If a payment provider initially records an earlier billing anchor, Manufacturing Bridge will use commercially reasonable measures to defer or adjust the next renewal so that the participant receives the full annual Diamond Membership Period.

Screening Precedes Payment. Registration is free and does not require payment. Before approving an account for activation and before enabling paid checkout or accepting any fee, Manufacturing Bridge conducts risk-based restricted-party, sanctions, and commercial-legitimacy screening using reasonable manual, automated, or third-party methods. Paid services are available in the supported jurisdictions identified at checkout; a jurisdiction that is not yet supported may be held or declined until support is confirmed. Only after the screening produces a result acceptable to Manufacturing Bridge may activation or paid checkout proceed. We may request additional information, place an application on hold, or decline to proceed as permitted by law. No separate fee is charged for screening. If funds are received because of a processor, technical, or user error before clearance, we may cancel, reverse, hold, block, or report the payment as required or permitted by law and payment-provider rules.

MB Reviewed is not currently open for application, payment, scheduling, or review. If and when the service is expressly opened, substantive commencement and refund treatment will be governed by Section 11.2, the then-current Trust Seal Agreement, and the accepted checkout or service order.

6. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AND AFFIRMATIVE CONSENT

Subject to continued eligibility, tier availability, and the terms disclosed for the next annual period, Gold and Diamond memberships renew automatically for successive annual periods only when the renewal terms are clearly and conspicuously disclosed before purchase and the purchaser provides express affirmative consent through an unselected checkbox or another recorded affirmative action. Silence, inactivity, continued browsing, or a preselected choice does not authorize renewal. A renewal will not be processed for a tier that Manufacturing Bridge does not make available for the next period. Basic and MB Reviewed do not automatically renew.

The checkout or immediately adjacent disclosure will identify, as applicable:

  • the service or subscription being purchased;
  • the initial charge and the frequency of recurring charges;
  • the length of the initial and renewal periods;
  • that renewal continues until cancelled;
  • the price applicable to the initial period and how the renewal price will be determined;
  • the cancellation method and the Manufacturing Bridge Refund and Cancellation Policy; and
  • any material limitations, delayed availability, or onboarding conditions.

After purchase, we provide an electronic acknowledgment capable of being retained that identifies the purchased service, charged amount, recurring terms if any, cancellation method, and applicable policies. We retain reasonable evidence of the affirmative action and terms presented, which may include the account, authorized user, service, price, date, time, document version, and reasonably necessary technical records, in accordance with the Manufacturing Bridge Global Privacy Policy and applicable law.

6.1 Renewal Reminder

For an annual automatically renewing membership, we send a reminder to the registered billing contact between fifteen (15) and thirty (30) calendar days before the renewal date, unless a different period is required by mandatory law for the applicable transaction. The reminder identifies the membership, renewal date, annual term, anticipated charge or the method used to determine it, and a direct or reasonably accessible cancellation method. Your initial affirmative authorization permits the disclosed annual renewal charge unless you cancel before the charge is processed. Silence or failure to cancel is not a new authorization; it permits the previously authorized renewal to proceed. We may send additional notices but are not required to do so. Failure to receive a reminder because of inaccurate contact information, spam filtering, mailbox limitations, or another circumstance outside our reasonable control does not invalidate an otherwise authorized renewal, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

6.2 Planned MB Reviewed Service; Validity and No Automatic Renewal

If and when MB Reviewed is expressly opened, each engagement will be a one-time service and will never renew automatically. If a designation is granted, its twelve-month period will be measured from the Effective Date stated in the Status Decision, not from the payment date, scheduling date, or review-session date unless the Status Decision expressly makes those dates the same. Unless the Status Decision states another legally valid calculation, the Expiration Date will be the day immediately preceding the first anniversary of the Effective Date at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. Neither membership renewal nor payment for another service will extend, restore, or guarantee a Trust Seal designation.

After launch, a new annual period will require a separate order, the then-current Trust Seal Agreement and pre-session instruments, applicable screening or eligibility review, a new review session, a new Status Decision, and a new payment authorization. A participant may seek a new review before expiration, but Manufacturing Bridge will not guarantee scheduling, completion, or a new designation before the existing Expiration Date.

7. FEE CHANGES

We may change fees for a future billing period. A fee change does not alter the amount already paid for the current period unless you separately authorize a change or mandatory law permits it.

For an annual membership renewal, we provide at least fifteen (15) calendar days advance notice of a fee change, together with any different notice required by mandatory law. The notice states the new amount or method for determining it, the effective renewal date, and how to cancel. A fee change does not affect a current paid period. If you do not accept the new fee, cancel before the renewal charge is processed. Renewal after the required disclosure and an existing valid renewal authorization constitutes purchase of the next annual period at the disclosed fee.

8. UPGRADES, DOWNGRADES, AND PRORATION

8.1 Upgrades

You may request an upgrade subject to tier availability, onboarding, and payment. An upgrade may take effect immediately or at the next renewal, as disclosed before confirmation. If an immediate upgrade is offered, any proration, credit, or additional charge will be shown before acceptance.

8.2 Downgrades

A downgrade ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain the existing tier until that date unless you request immediate reduction of access. No refund or credit is issued for the difference in fees unless expressly stated or required by mandatory law.

8.3 No Unstated Proration

Manufacturing Bridge does not provide proration, credits, or partial-period refunds unless the checkout, this Policy, the Manufacturing Bridge Refund and Cancellation Policy, or an applicable signed agreement expressly provides otherwise.

9. FAILED PAYMENTS, RETRIES, AND NON-PAYMENT

If a recurring charge fails, the payment provider or Manufacturing Bridge may retry the charge using the number and timing of attempts permitted by processor configuration, issuer responses, payment-method rules, technical conditions, risk controls, and applicable law. We may change, shorten, extend, or discontinue a recovery sequence. No particular retry date, number of attempts, or grace period is guaranteed unless separately communicated in writing.

We may send payment-failure notices and request that you update the payment method. During the recovery period, access may remain active, be limited, or be suspended depending on the service, security risk, and payment status.

If the amount is not recovered after the applicable retry process:

  • a paid supplier membership ordinarily expires and the account reverts to the Basic tier;
  • other paid features may be suspended or discontinued;
  • enhanced profile visibility and paid placement are removed;
  • after MB Reviewed is launched, an engagement for which payment has not finally settled may be placed on hold or closed under the applicable Trust Seal Agreement; and
  • an existing Trust Seal designation remains independent of membership status and is not removed solely because a membership payment fails, but it remains subject to its stated expiration date and any earlier suspension, revocation, withdrawal, correction, or supersession.

Payment after expiration may restore paid membership prospectively after confirmation by Manufacturing Bridge, but it does not restore visibility for the lapsed period or alter a separate Trust Seal status. Any future MB Reviewed engagement, after the service is opened, will require a new order and review process.

10. CANCELLATION

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the renewal charge is processed. A membership purchased online may be cancelled through the account dashboard, a Stripe-hosted customer portal, another direct online cancellation mechanism made available by Manufacturing Bridge, or by email to finance@manufacturingbridge.com if the online mechanism is unavailable or impracticable.

Cancellation does not require information or steps beyond reasonable authentication and confirmation of authority. A request submitted before the renewal charge is processed is effective when received through an available online mechanism or at the designated billing address. We may contact the requester to resolve a material identity or authority issue, and we provide an electronic confirmation capable of being retained. Reasonable administrative processing does not authorize a later renewal charge after an effective cancellation.

Unless immediate cancellation is expressly requested and accepted:

  • cancellation stops future renewal charges;
  • access continues through the end of the current paid period;
  • the current-period fee remains non-refundable except as stated in Section 11; and
  • the account reverts to the applicable free or reduced-access status after the paid period ends.

Cancelling automatic renewal is separate from closing the Platform account. Account-closure requests must be submitted through the available account controls or to legal@manufacturingbridge.com.

11. REFUNDS AND TRUST SEAL COMMENCEMENT

11.1 Membership and Access Fees

Membership and other paid-access fees are generally non-refundable after activation. The Manufacturing Bridge Refund and Cancellation Policy controls all refund rights, procedures, and exceptions, which may include duplicate or unauthorized charges, confirmed billing errors, refunds required by mandatory law, qualifying material changes, extended service interruption, or inability by Manufacturing Bridge to provide the purchased service for reasons within its reasonable control.

11.2 Trust Seal Fees

After MB Reviewed is expressly opened and purchased, its fee will become non-refundable only upon substantive commencement. Limited exceptions may apply to a duplicate or unauthorized charge, a confirmed billing error, Manufacturing Bridge’s inability to complete the service for reasons primarily within its reasonable control, an express provision of the applicable agreement, or mandatory law. No current refund right arises from the planned service, interest list, or planned fee because no payment is accepted before launch.

Substantive commencement will occur at the earliest of: (a) participant-specific substantive reviewer preparation or analysis; (b) reservation of professional capacity that has become non-recoverable under cancellation terms clearly disclosed and accepted before the reservation; (c) commencement of the live review session; or (d) another material commencement event expressly identified in the accepted Trust Seal Agreement or checkout. Payment processing, nominal reviewer assignment, routine administration, creation of an internal file, or tentative scheduling will not by itself constitute substantive commencement. The fee will compensate work and reserved professional capacity and will not be contingent on a favorable designation.

If an MB Reviewed designation is granted, the twelve-month period does not alter the commencement or refund rules above. Earlier suspension, revocation, withdrawal, correction, or supersession arising from participant conduct, inaccurate or incomplete information, material change, badge misuse, sanctions or legitimacy concerns, or another ground under the Trust Seal Agreement does not by itself create a refund, credit, or extension right, except where mandatory law or a controlling written agreement provides otherwise.

Refund requests, any permitted deductions, the refund method, and processing treatment are governed by the Manufacturing Bridge Refund and Cancellation Policy. A refund does not automatically reinstate a cancelled service, restore a designation, or eliminate other valid amounts due.

12. CHARGEBACKS, REVERSALS, AND BILLING DISPUTES

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact finance@manufacturingbridge.com promptly and, where practicable, before initiating a chargeback. We review good-faith billing disputes and correct confirmed errors. No particular internal resolution period is promised unless mandatory law or a signed agreement requires one.

Nothing in this Policy prevents you from exercising a good-faith dispute right available under mandatory law or payment-network rules. However, a chargeback does not itself cancel a subscription or eliminate amounts validly owed unless the subscription is separately cancelled or the dispute is resolved in your favor.

A chargeback, reversal, returned payment, or suspected payment fraud may result in temporary restriction of the affected account or service after reasonable review. We may provide the payment provider with relevant records, including checkout disclosures, affirmative-consent evidence, invoices, communications, access records, and service-delivery information. We may recover unpaid fees, chargeback amounts, and reasonable collection costs to the extent permitted by law and the applicable agreement.

13. BILLING COMMUNICATIONS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Billing communications, receipts, renewal reminders, payment-failure notices, cancellation confirmations, and fee-change notices may be sent electronically to the billing or registered email address or displayed in the account dashboard. You consent to electronic delivery and are responsible for keeping contact and billing information current.

You must promptly notify Manufacturing Bridge of suspected unauthorized payment activity, billing-contact changes, payment-method changes, or loss of authority by a person who previously managed the subscription. You remain responsible for charges validly authorized before we receive and process notice of a change, subject to mandatory law.

14. FRAUD, COMPLIANCE, AND RIGHT TO RESTRICT PAYMENT ACTIVITY

Manufacturing Bridge may decline, hold, reverse, or request additional information regarding a payment; restrict purchases; or suspend the affected service where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unauthorized use, sanctions or export-control risk, source-of-funds or commercial-legitimacy concerns, chargeback abuse, payment-provider requirements, security incidents, legal obligations, or any anti-money-laundering obligation that actually applies to the relevant activity. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, authority, beneficial ownership, billing address, tax status, source of funds, end use, or transaction legitimacy.

These actions do not waive any amount validly due. We are not responsible for payment-provider or financial-institution decisions, holds, declines, authentication requirements, currency conversion, or processing delays outside our reasonable control.

Screening as a Control. Screening under Section 5 is a compliance and risk-control measure performed by Manufacturing Bridge for its own account. It is never charged for, and no fee is named by reference to it. Where funds are received that become subject to blocking or reporting requirements under applicable law, Manufacturing Bridge will handle them in accordance with that law and the instructions of its payment provider.

15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in services, providers, payment methods, law, risk controls, or business practices. Material changes affecting an active paid membership will be communicated with the notice and any re-acceptance required by the Manufacturing Bridge Platform Terms and Conditions or mandatory law. Changes required for legal compliance, sanctions, fraud prevention, security, payment-network rules, provider continuity, urgent operational integrity, or correction of an error may take effect on shorter notice or immediately when reasonably necessary.

Notice does not replace affirmative consent required for a new recurring charge or materially different renewal arrangement. A change does not retroactively increase a completed charge or alter an accrued contractual right unless required by law or expressly agreed. The current version is identified by its Effective Date and Last Updated date, and prior versions may be archived as evidence of the terms in effect.
