AI AND AUTOMATED SYSTEMS TRANSPARENCY STATEMENT

Public statement concerning Platform AI, automation, search, content, security, membership workflows, and Trust Seal support

Effective Date: July 24, 2026   |   Last Updated: July 24, 2026   |   Version 2.4

IMPORTANT TRANSPARENCY NOTICEManufacturing Bridge may use artificial intelligence and rules-based automation to support limited operational functions. Automated outputs may be inaccurate and do not constitute certification, accreditation, endorsement, supplier selection, professional advice, or a guarantee. MB Reviewed is not currently available — planned for Q4 2026, subject to programme readiness. If the service is later opened, participant source materials displayed during a live session will not be processed by AI, and AI will not make or recommend a final Status Decision. Material decisions remain subject to meaningful human authority, except for mechanical implementation of a previously authorized rule or date.

1. PURPOSE, SCOPE, AND FEATURE ACCURACY

This Statement explains how MB Platform Services LLC d/b/a Manufacturing Bridge (“Manufacturing Bridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, algorithmic tools, rules-based automation, and related technologies in connection with manufacturingbridge.com and services that expressly link to this Statement.

This Statement supplements the Platform Terms and Conditions, Global Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Disclaimer Policy, Cookie Policy, Payment, Billing and Subscription Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and applicable service-specific agreements. It is a transparency statement, not the primary source of membership activation, timing, cancellation, refund, or Trust Seal commercial obligations. Those matters are governed by the controlling Platform Terms, payment and refund policies, accepted checkout terms, and any service-specific agreement.

A capability described here applies only when it has actually been activated. This Statement does not represent that every feature uses AI, that every automated tool is an AI system under every law, or that Manufacturing Bridge currently offers a chatbot, automated agent, individualized recommendation service, or consequential-decision system.

2. CURRENT SERVICE ARCHITECTURE

AreaCurrent position
MembershipsBasic is a no-cost continuing membership. Gold and Diamond are annual paid memberships. Membership and Trust Seal are independent.
DiamondPayment automation does not by itself activate Diamond or start its annual period. The period begins when the Diamond homepage card is first published after required conditions and operational confirmation.
Trust SealSelf-Declared is the currently available no-review default designation. MB Reviewed is the planned paid designation. Registered is only an account status.
MB ReviewedNot currently available — planned for Q4 2026, subject to programme readiness. No application, scheduling, payment, review, badge, or Status Decision is currently available. If later opened and granted, the designation will be subject to the then-current Trust Seal Agreement and programme rules and will not renew automatically.
Platform functionsThe Platform does not provide RFQ, tendering, bidding, internal messaging, order routing, escrow, transaction management, or commission-based intermediation.

3. APPROVED USES OF AI AND AUTOMATION

ActivityExamplesBoundary
Search and organizationIndexing, classification, tagging, filters, profile organization, retrieval support, and language normalization.Organizes information responsive to user-selected criteria; does not select a counterparty or guarantee relevance.
Ranking and visibilityDocumented membership features, profile completeness, recency, geography, search criteria, and integrity signals.Paid visibility is commercial placement, not a quality judgment. Trust Seal does not independently increase ranking. Diamond homepage order is governed separately by the timing rules in the Platform Terms and Conditions.
Language and content supportDrafting, editing, translation, summarization, formatting, and research assistance.Material public claims, legal text, and official decisions require purpose-appropriate human review.
Membership administrationRenewal reminders, payment-status messaging, cancellation confirmations, date calculations, and workflow routing.Automation cannot alter accepted terms, create a refund entitlement, or start Diamond solely from payment.
Security and integrityFraud, abuse, spam, duplicate-account, credential, sanctions, trade-control, and anomaly signals.A signal is not conclusive proof; holds may be automatic, while material adverse decisions receive authorized review where legally and operationally appropriate.
Trust Seal administrationAfter MB Reviewed is expressly launched: generic terminology support, approved-template assistance, and formatting or organization of MB-created work product in an approved environment.Future control: no participant source material, screenshot, recording, transcription, or live-session content may be processed. No AI status recommendation or final decision. This description does not represent that MB Reviewed is currently available.

4. SEARCH, RANKING, AND DIRECTORY RELEVANCE

Search results and directory placement may be generated or prioritized through documented automated factors, including membership level, profile completeness, declared capabilities, geography, recency, buyer-selected filters, search terms, and integrity signals. Trust Seal information may be displayed and may be used as a user-selected filter, but it does not independently increase or determine directory ranking. Diamond homepage-card order, when applicable, follows the then-current timing rules in the Platform Terms and Conditions and is separate from directory ranking and search relevance.

Manufacturing Bridge does not use AI to select, match, recommend, endorse, approve, or choose a buyer, supplier, service provider, or other counterparty on behalf of a user. Search organization is not a representation that a listed participant is the best, safest, most suitable, compliant, solvent, or capable option.

Users remain responsible for independent due diligence, specifications, professional advice, counterparty selection, contracting, payments, products, services, and commercial decisions.

5. MEMBERSHIP AND DIAMOND AUTOMATION

Rules-based systems may support Basic account activation, annual Gold and Diamond billing, renewal notices, cancellation processing, payment-status messages, and membership-period calculations. Basic has no payment or automatic renewal.

Diamond is not activated solely because payment succeeds. Required screening, affirmative acceptance, payment confirmation, complete and approved homepage-card information, absence of applicable holds, and confirmed publication capacity must be satisfied. The annual Diamond period begins on the date the homepage card is first published. Automation may record that publication date and calculate the end date, but it may not substitute a payment date. The binding activation period, Business Day definition, delay rules, and remedies are governed by the Platform Terms, Payment Policy, Refund Policy, and accepted checkout terms.

A chatbot, automated email, or system message cannot amend the membership contract, guarantee homepage publication, approve a refund, waive a requirement, or bind Manufacturing Bridge unless the commitment is confirmed through an authorized process.

6. TRUST SEAL, ZERO RETENTION, AND HUMAN AUTHORITY

Self-Declared is the currently available default designation and means that displayed information was supplied by the participant and was not reviewed by Manufacturing Bridge. Not currently available — planned for Q4 2026, subject to programme readiness. Until Manufacturing Bridge expressly opens MB Reviewed, no application, scheduling, payment, review, badge, Status Decision, expiration workflow, or automated Trust Seal lifecycle is available.

If and when MB Reviewed is opened, participant source materials will be displayed live under the participant’s control. Manufacturing Bridge will not request, receive, upload, download, copy, photograph, screenshot, record, transcribe, store, or retain those materials. AI meeting assistants, transcription tools, recording features, screenshot tools, and automated note takers will not be used in MB Reviewed sessions. Participant source materials will therefore not be available to a Manufacturing Bridge AI system.

If and when MB Reviewed is opened, AI may not generate, recommend, score, approve, deny, suspend, revoke, withdraw, correct, or supersede an MB Reviewed status. Authorized human personnel will apply the methodology and make the final decision. A system may mechanically change a displayed status to Expired when the Expiration Date stated in a human-issued Status Decision occurs; that will be administrative implementation of the existing decision, not a new automated substantive determination.

If MB Reviewed is opened and a designation is later granted, it will remain active for twelve consecutive months from the Effective Date stated in the Status Decision unless earlier suspended, revoked, withdrawn, corrected, or superseded. Human involvement will not convert it into certification, accreditation, a regulatory inspection, legal-compliance opinion, product approval, endorsement, warranty, or guarantee. The controlling commercial and lifecycle terms will be those then stated in the Platform Terms, payment and refund policies, accepted Trust Seal Agreement, and Status Decision.

7. SCREENING, SECURITY, AND ENFORCEMENT

Manufacturing Bridge may use automated or third-party systems to support legitimacy, sanctions, restricted-party, fraud, abuse, impersonation, security, duplicate-account, badge-misuse, scraping, and trade-control screening. A possible match or risk signal may result in a temporary hold or protective restriction while information is reviewed.

Where legally permitted and reasonably practicable, an authorized person reviews material adverse account, membership, or Trust Seal action. Immediate action may occur when required by law, sanctions restrictions, a payment provider, security necessity, evidence preservation, or an imminent risk. No automated tool has authority to make a final legal conclusion about a person or organization.

8. AI-ASSISTED CONTENT AND SYNTHETIC MEDIA

Manufacturing Bridge may use AI-assisted tools to draft, translate, edit, summarize, organize, or create text, images, presentations, reports, educational materials, website content, and communications. Material legal text, official policies, Trust Seal decision documents, and material commercial representations receive human review appropriate to their purpose before release.

AI-generated or materially manipulated content must not be used to fabricate or misrepresent a participant’s facility, personnel, products, capabilities, evidence, events, certifications, customers, or commercial relationships. Illustrative synthetic images must be presented in a way that does not create a misleading impression that they depict an actual participant, facility, event, or reviewed evidence. A label or notice is provided when required by applicable law or when omission would make the presentation misleading.

Human review reduces risk but does not guarantee that AI-assisted content is error-free. Dynamic search results, translations, summaries, or other automated outputs may not be individually reviewed before display.

9. DIRECT INTERACTION WITH AI

If Manufacturing Bridge later activates an AI-powered chatbot, agent, assistant, or similar interface, the feature will identify its automated nature when required by law or when that nature would not otherwise be reasonably apparent. The interface will be governed by separate implementation controls before launch.

An automated interface does not provide legal, tax, regulatory, financial, engineering, quality, safety, or other professional advice. It has no authority to amend a contract, approve a refund, activate Diamond, assign MB Reviewed, waive a requirement, issue a Status Decision, or make a final commitment for Manufacturing Bridge.

10. PERSONAL DATA, CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, AND MODEL TRAINING

AI use does not expand Manufacturing Bridge’s right to process personal information or confidential business information beyond the applicable purpose, agreement, notice, consent, legal basis, and Global Privacy Policy.

If MB Reviewed is later opened, participant source materials shown during a session will not be processed by AI. Independently of that future service, private support communications, screening information, Trust Seal work product, payment information, and non-public user information are not entered into public or consumer-grade generative-AI services by default. Any approved business use involving non-public information requires a documented purpose, minimum necessary data, an approved provider and account configuration, appropriate confidentiality and security terms, and controls addressing retention, human review, secondary use, and model training.

Manufacturing Bridge does not use User Content, confidential information, personal data, screening records, private communications, or Trust Seal records to train or fine-tune public or third-party models unless the affected organization gives separate, specific, affirmative written authorization for that use.

Aggregated or de-identified information may be used for analytics, testing, or service improvement only when it is not reasonably capable of identifying an individual or organization and reasonable measures are used to prevent re-identification.

11. PROVIDERS, GOVERNANCE, AND SECURITY

Manufacturing Bridge may use enterprise productivity tools, generative AI assistants, translation services, search and classification tools, security systems, and workflow automation. A complete operational inventory, configuration, prompt library, security assessment, or internal risk analysis is not publicly disclosed because it may contain confidential, proprietary, or security-sensitive information.

Material AI systems and approved use cases are recorded internally. Providers are evaluated in proportion to the data, purpose, risk, jurisdiction, security, training rights, retention settings, contractual terms, and availability of business or enterprise controls. No system is completely accurate, secure, unbiased, current, or continuously available.

12. HUMAN OVERSIGHT AND AI LITERACY

Personnel and contractors who use AI on behalf of Manufacturing Bridge receive role-appropriate guidance concerning approved uses, confidentiality, data minimization, verification, security, intellectual property, synthetic content, human oversight, and escalation. Training is proportionate to responsibilities and risk and may be refreshed when tools, laws, or use cases materially change.

Personnel remain responsible for professional judgment, source verification, compliance with applicable agreements, and the final content or decision they approve.

13. LIMITATIONS AND NO CONSEQUENTIAL INDIVIDUAL DECISIONS

AI and automated systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, inconsistent, or biased outputs and may fail to recognize context, local law, technical requirements, language nuances, or later changes. Manufacturing Bridge does not warrant that an automated output will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Manufacturing Bridge does not offer AI features to make employment, housing, consumer credit, insurance, healthcare, education, legal-services, government-benefit, or other consequential eligibility decisions about an individual. Platform information and automated outputs must not be used for those purposes unless a future feature is expressly authorized, legally reviewed, and separately governed.

14. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROHIBITED AI MISUSE

• Create, alter, or submit fabricated, deceptive, or materially misleading profiles, certificates, facility images, evidence, qualifications, or capabilities;

• Impersonate another person or organization or falsely imply affiliation, certification, accreditation, approval, endorsement, or authority;

• Use Platform data or outputs to scrape, extract, reproduce, train, fine-tune, benchmark, or create a competing model, database, directory, lead list, index, or commercial data product without authorization;

• Generate unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, defamatory, fraudulent, malicious, deceptive, or security-compromising content;

• Submit sensitive, confidential, proprietary, personal, restricted, or export-controlled information without lawful authority and an expressly approved use case; or

• Circumvent safeguards, access restrictions, usage limits, monitoring, model controls, or human-review requirements.

Violations may result in content removal, feature restriction, account suspension or termination, badge action, preservation of evidence, or other measures under the Platform Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.

15. REPORTING ERRORS AND REQUESTING HUMAN REVIEW

Users may report a suspected AI-related error, inappropriate output, confidentiality concern, potential bias, unauthorized disclosure, synthetic-content issue, or other material concern to legal@manufacturingbridge.com. Security vulnerabilities must be reported to infrastructure@manufacturingbridge.com.

A report should identify the affected output, date, account or page, relevant context, and available supporting information. Manufacturing Bridge may preserve or restrict affected content while reviewing the issue. Review timing depends on severity, complexity, legal requirements, security, evidence, and third-party involvement; no fixed response period applies unless required by law or a controlling agreement.

A user may request human review of a material account action that it reasonably believes was based substantially on an erroneous automated output. After MB Reviewed is launched, the same principle will apply to a material Trust Seal action. Mechanical expiration on a date already stated in a human-issued Status Decision will not be an automated adverse determination, although an administrative date error may be corrected.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

To the extent permitted by law, MB Platform Services LLC owns or holds the rights necessary to use official content that it creates, selects, arranges, edits, adopts, or publishes with AI assistance. Nothing in this Statement represents that every purely AI-generated element is independently eligible for copyright or other protection.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that prompts, content, source materials, and instructions they provide do not violate third-party intellectual-property, confidentiality, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

17. JURISDICTIONAL POSITION AND CHANGES

This Statement is designed for the Services actually offered. Jurisdiction-specific AI, privacy, consumer-protection, discrimination, accessibility, and transparency obligations apply only when their legal scope and factual triggers are satisfied. Manufacturing Bridge is directed to the markets of Mexico and the United States. The Platform is not offered to users established or located in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom; public Website accessibility alone is not treated as an offered market. If a mandatory rule nonetheless applies to a specific activity, Manufacturing Bridge will address that activity without representing that the jurisdiction is generally served.

We may update this Statement as technology, providers, services, risks, or law change. Notice or a new choice will be provided when required by the Platform Terms, a controlling agreement, or mandatory law. Legal, security, fraud-prevention, provider, urgent operational, clarifying, or error-correction changes may take effect on publication or shorter notice where permitted.
